Mobile Medical Unit (MMU)
The primary objective of our healthcare initiative is to enhance community health and minimize disease occurrences by delivering prompt and improved access to diagnostic healthcare facilities via our Mobile Medical Unit (MMU).
Quality Education
Our mission is to bring back children who have dropped out or never had the
opportunity to attend school into the formal education system. We achieve this by providing education through dedicated centers and schools.
Scholarship support to meritorious girls from Government School
492 from 26 school identified through survey and then finally 150 girls had been selected for the scholarship support.
Mobile Helpline (MHL) – 181
DCW in association with Sakshi works on running the 181- Women (Mahila) Helpline (MHL). The helpline is a 24X7 toll-free phone number which seeks to provide immediate assistance to women in distress.
Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)
Sakshi made a remarkable effort in enhancing the nutritional value and improving the health status of children in the project locations.
Livelihood – 100% Job orientated course
Skill Development Project for the women from marginalized communities is an important aspect Sakshi’s implementation work. Skill Development/Vocational training units of Sakshi.
